Problem Description:
In an environment with restricted access, sharing of a CDM-file with colleagues will be updated once per day only, unless an admin manually starts “Recalculate sharing”.
Symptoms:
- When a user shares a CDM file with another user, access to the file is not granted immediately.
Temporary Solution:
To maintain functionality until a permanent resolution is available:
- To ensure immediate access to a shared CDM-file, the Admin should use the "Sharing recalculation" in the CDM setup.
