Login to Salesforce and navigate to an account where you want to create your first Office document. Click on the “Documents” tab to view the Cartularius files and folders.

1. Navigate to the “Documents” section on an account:
2. Click the “New Document” button:
Start by clicking on the “New Document” button to begin creating a new Office-document.
3. Click the desired document type:
In this case, we click on the "Microsoft Word" option.
4. Type a document name in the "Filename" textbox:
Type the name for the new file. In this case, we use "Document demo" as the file name.
5. Click the "Select file category” dropdown box:
6. Select the file category for your document.
In this case, we selected “Letter” as the file category.
7. Click the “Create” button to create the Word-document:
8. A new tab with a blank “Document demo.docx” opens:
9. Click “Insert” to insert content into the document:
10. Click “Picture” to insert a picture:
11. Click “This Device” to select a picture from your local drive.
12. We selected a Cartularius logo to insert in the document:
The logo will be shown in the document.
13. Close the document by closing this browser tab:
14. Return to the Account page with the Documents tab opened:
The newly created document is visible in the main window.
15. Click the filename to open the document details page:
16. This opens the document details page with a preview:
